How far ahead should I book?

Desert camps and multi-day tours fill first: two to four weeks ahead in spring and autumn, longer around Easter and the New Year. Activities, cooking classes and rides can usually be booked a day or two out. The calendar on each page shows real availability, not an estimate.

Do I pay everything up front?

It depends on the listing. Most activities, rides and classes are paid in full when you book. Some offers let you pay in cash on the day, and say so before the payment step. Every page shows what you pay and when.

How can I pay?

With your tripass wallet, a bank card, your points, or your wallet and points together. Cash on the day is offered only where the listing says so. All prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).

Is my card data safe?

Card details go straight to our payment processor over an encrypted connection and are kept there as a token. tripass never sees or stores the full card number, and the security code is discarded after the check.

What if I need to cancel?

Each listing states its own window, shown before you pay and repeated on your confirmation. As a rule, activities and rides are free to cancel up to 24 hours before, stays up to 48 hours and multi-day tours up to 5 days. Refunds go back the way you paid. If an operator cancels on you, the refund is always full.

Can I move a booking to another date?

Yes, free of charge wherever the operator has space. Write to support@tripass.ma with your booking reference and we will do it for you. Peak dates can be an exception, and we tell you before anything changes.

How do I top up my wallet?

Accepted Answer

Open Wallet, press Top up, enter an amount and confirm with your bank card. The money lands in your wallet straight away, with no fee on card top-ups.

How do points work?

You earn 1 point for every 10 MAD spent on a booking. Points can pay for a booking, in full or together with your wallet, and each point is worth 1 MAD. Your balance and your history are on the Points page.

How do I find the meeting point in a medina?

Every confirmation carries a pin you can open in any map app and the host's phone number. In Marrakech and Fes, cars cannot reach most riads, so drivers park at the nearest gate and walk you the last few minutes with your bags.

When is the best time to go?

March to May and September to November are the easy months everywhere. Summer works on the coast at Essaouira and Agadir but is hard in Marrakech and the desert. Winter is fine in the south and cold at night in the Atlas and the Rif.
