Terms and conditions
The agreement between you, tripass and the hosts, guides and drivers you book through us.

What tripass is
tripass is a booking platform. The tour, stay, class or ride is delivered by a licensed Moroccan operator, and your contract for that service is with them. Our contract with you covers the booking, the payment and the support around it.
We check every operator before listing them: a valid licence, insurance and at least one visit from our team. We remove anyone who stops meeting that bar.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a code we send you, and you protect payments with a PIN. Keep your PIN to yourself: what is paid with it is paid by you.
- You must be 18 or over to book
- The details you give must be true and up to date
- One person, one account
Making a booking
A booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation with a reference number, not when you submit the form. Prices are shown per person or per vehicle as labelled, in Moroccan dirhams, and include Moroccan VAT.
- The lead traveller is responsible for the details given for the whole party
- Some offers take a deposit, with the balance due on the day
- Prices can change until a booking is confirmed
Payment, wallet and points
You can pay with your wallet, a bank card, your points, or your wallet and points together, and in cash on the day where a listing allows it. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. One point is worth one dirham, and points are earned on paid bookings as set out on the Points page.
Cancellation and changes
Each listing states its own window, shown before you pay and repeated on your confirmation. As a rule: activities and rides are free to cancel up to 24 hours before, stays up to 48 hours, and multi-day tours up to 5 days.
- Refunds go back the way you paid
- Changes of date are free where the operator has space
- No-shows are charged in full
- If an operator cancels, you get a full refund or an equivalent alternative
On the day
Arrive at the meeting point at the time stated. Operators wait 15 minutes for activities and 60 minutes for airport pickups. Guides may refuse service to anyone unfit to travel safely, and no refund is due in that case.
Desert and mountain itineraries can change for weather or road closures. We will always offer the nearest equivalent or a refund of the affected part.
Liability
Operators carry their own insurance for the services they run. tripass is liable for the booking process and for the accuracy of what a listing states. We are not liable for personal belongings, for delays outside our control, or for costs arising from missed onward travel. Travel insurance is your responsibility and we recommend it for every trip.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and disputes fall to the courts of Marrakech. Nothing here removes rights you hold under mandatory consumer law in your own country.
